Fulfillment Policy

Your session time is a special slot reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at the latest 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee equaling ½ your session fee.

 

Cancellations under 24 hours will always be charged a fee, as the slot reserved for you is unlikely to be refilled at that point.
 

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the

FULL SESSION FEE.  A “no 
show” is anything 120 minutes prior to your session start time.
